when i ssh w/ the -X flag (& even sometimes Y for kerberos/ldap/pam authentication), i can get an xclock, but no graphical apps from clearcase/cleartools. i heard from someone else if you nuke your ~/.XAuthority it will reset & all will be well, but that didn't turn out too well.

i'm running in plain vanilla mode - no cde or other wm

seeing how i'm going through 3 tunnels into a remote desktop (i know, right?), the last thing i need is big endian to little endian twiddling.

bloody hell this is frustrating.

do the big endian/little endian issues still exist? you know apple hasn't been on 68040 processors for quite a few years now... hell, even the 604e is almost a decade old, no? Intel chips are Intel chips???

hmmm...it's probably been worked out, as i'm sure my little problem too. i'm new to reflection, so it's probably just a configuration thingie (heaps of tabs & checkboxes to pore over, and miles to go before i sleep)
