I move my feet around on the pedals a lot when I'm jumping. Whenever I jump with clipless I end up clicking out in the middle of a tabletop or something. F*ck that, flat's where it's at.
XC: clips of course
racing: almost always clips. Especially for 4x type races.
DH: sometimes either. If I have to walk up, flats (I get blisters.)
dirtjumping: flats
street/park: flats of course
