Hasn't been repeatable since, but was happening every time I went to post a reply or edit a post.

Happening tonight, from home this time. Happened multiple times as the draft of a reply autosaved in the Friday thread, then one last time when posting the actual reply.

Ok, thanks. Happened just now, too. Various physical locations.

Happening all the time today. Every time a post auto saves in the editor it's doing it. Then posting reply, More Options/full editor all invoke it. Half the time the captcha check box isn't even on the screen or iframe. Super annoying.

I saw it once today, just now. I clicked the "+ Quote" button on a few posts and then clicked "More Options..." to get to the better post editor page.

The captcha of some sort came up and when I submitted, it brought me to an error page saying the page is only available via POST requests.
