Headed to the "South of Utica" region this weekend. Would love some riding suggestions around Hamilton, Norwich, or Oneonta. Would like to do around 10 miles and terrain that's less than 100% rocks and roots would be fine.

I used to ride in Oneonta (I went to Hartwick). There are a few trails behind Hartwick, but I haven't ridden there in years so I don't know if they still exist.
