It seems that some weeks RM is blocked here at work (I dont get a blockpage redirect, just a generic site unavailable message) and some times I can get access.
Any one know what might cause that, and how I can get around it?

-bb-, there is a small registry edit file which can get me around my work firewall. i know absolutely nothing about firewalls and reg edits, so i have no idea if it will work for you, but if you want to risk it i will email it to you.

that means you computer cannot translate the name "www.ridemonkey.com" to it's numeric internet address. This needs to happen for every site you visit on the web.

If you want to test if that's the problem or not then do this:

click on Start -> Run
type in "cmd" and hit enter (no quotes)
type in "ping www.ridemonkey.com" and hit enter (no quotes)

tell us what the repsonse was. This assumes you are running windows.
