They have found kiddie porn on a computer three times in one department here and still don't know who is doing it.

It's scary how many people, who seem normal, and people who are in a position of power have been getting arrested for these types of crimes. In California, there was a high-ranking officer in the CHP who was arrested when he showed up at a hotel to meet a 12-year old girl he met on-line--who turned out to be an undercover police officer.
