Re doing my XT rear hub. They seem to come loose every few months. Wich is a pain cus then i got to take the whole thing apart. Any way....

Where can i buy a set of 17mm cone wrenches. Are these just for mountain biking? There are no shops around me, is my only option to order some off line? Thanks

Get your car, fill it with multiple explosives. Drive it to the closest hardware store and blow it up.

When cops ask you why you did it, blame it on a horrible childhood and violent video games.

Search the wreckage for the proper tools

I used to just tighten one end. Then i remembered that you had to take out the cassete end of the axle and tighten it first, then put it back in...

3 bucks on price point. what the hell, guess ill just wait a few days.

I like Pedro's wrenches. You should also check the 10mm bolt that holds that freehub body on. It can loosen depending on how hard you ride. I have one on a DH bike and weigh 200. A solid axle made all the issues go away.

Ah yes, as stated so eloquently in the Surly Singulator instructions "quit whining about having to go buy a cone wrench" :D

Just get them from Jenson if you don't have a shop nearby.
