Hey Guys, I live in Florida and there is only one local trail, so I spend a lot of time riding around finding jumps and stuff. I do quite a few jumps to flat, since I'm just finding things to jump. Right now I am riding a 2006 Fisher Fat Possum LX with manitou Nixon super intrinsic air fork. This is my first mountain bike. I have been riding friends hardtails a bit lately and I really like the feeling and simplicity. I was considering selling my frame and fork and buying a Voodoo Wanga One frame, and building it up with Chris King hubs, Mavic 321 Disc rims, and a Marozocci 4x world cup fork. Do you think this bike would be alright for me? Quick on the trail and around town, but burly enough to do the jumps. Do you think i will miss the forgivingness of the suspension?
