cooked squid tonight

for the 1st time ever. plan was to grill it, but they only had sliced squid (hood and tentacles), unless i wanted to buy a 2 lb block.

so i did a quick pan-sautee w/ some oil in a non-stick pan. pretty tasty. my 4 y/o ate a ton, he loved it. couldn't get his older brother to try any. also had some corn on the cob, sliced fresh tomato w/ basil, baguette, and grilled some halibut. very tasty meal.

Sounds yummy......... I remember going to a "supermarket" in Italy and there being a table with about 200 pounds of squid on it. Good times. :D
