Nothing beats a warm CCC. But I had an ex that her mom used to make pumpkin-oatmeal-choc chip cookies. I thought I saved the recipe somewhere. This reminds me I need to dig it up.

<edit> everything at Tula is gf, same goes for New Cascadia here in town, all gf bakery. The birthday cake at New Cascadia is amazing, too (Maddie and I have the same birthday so we get 2 cakes).
