Just FYI...Amazon has some great deals on Cusinart stuff. I got a stockpot and a copper saucier, and while they aren't as nice as my All-Clad stuff (rich in-laws and an engagement party ) they still kick the crap out of pretty much anything else I've used.

Tag sales have better stuff, the more grease a frying pan has on it the better!

screw teflon, good old grease buildup. actaully, my dad found one in the old shanty houses of park city 40yrs ago, we still use it.
