Nephew graduate yesterday after presenting his thesis. Also announced the girlfriend is expecting so all joy in the family. I was just out in the garden. Super mild weather means flowers are blooming and some of the early flowering tress are popping. So excited I found a house I like and I can buy. Full speed on that next week.
Present. Coffee and oatmeal. Some errands, some chores, then tacos with my aunt/uncle. They have a very nice upright grand piano they seem inclined to gift us.
I would be fine with that. But it's one of those things, easier said than done.

Finally got out in the woods yesterday for some wandering around with weight on my back. Felt good, first time this year.
A gorgeous day today here, 60 F and sunny, so of course I spent most of it in the shop making man-glitter.

Revised my usual schedule and walked to coffee then the gym. Gym was a disaster at this hour. I have more than my usual daily steps already clocked in.
Sold bars. Shipped out Shimano shoes, to be refunded.
Rode a short loop. Good conditions and I wished to go further, but my damn knee was being a delicate flower today on the climbs.
Had time to kill before selling the bars, so dipped down a random dirt road and found this sign. Sucks about the no trespassing signs though.

I bet if men ejaculated liquor, 75% would be gay. If everyone has a different liquor, man, it would be bedlam at closing time.
well we agreed on the price. I just need to check the quality of the basement height expansion and try to get rid of renters quickly. Hopefully something signed the next two weeks.
It’s super exciting and would be nice with a stable base again.
