Case rate for unvaccinated people in my county has been pretty consistent at 90 cases per 100K for the past few months. Somewhat implies that "natural immunity" in that population isn't making things better. Rates for the vaccinated dropped from 28 to 17 per 100K in the same time period. 80% of cases are unvaccinated and the unvaccinated only make up 24% of the population. That includes kiddos who aren't eligible.
