It's funny because I've actually ridden one like that. A shop where I used to work had one that had come in for repairs but was abandoned. A "buddy" and I wrecked it during an after-work beer session. Dude steered us right into a wall. Frame buckled, fork broke, wheel folded.

i was just getting ready to ask what would happen if you had someone that weighed say 250 and another that weighed 150
Judging from the condition of the front tire I'd say a couple 250 pounders tried it out.
