I'm going from a DH bike to a Nomad Carbon, and I can't figure out what crank length to get. I had 170s on my DH bike, but should I be on 175s on my Nomad? I'm 6'0 with long-ish legs.
175s is the normal size. if you're used to 170s, you may not like going to 180s. though in XC/AM riding, you don't have to worry so much about rock bashing on your crank arms, so you can get away with longer arms.
175s should be fine at your height. i would not use 170s.
