I just got a 2002.5 5E Bullit and I'm getting some crank scrape on the drive side. The cranks are RF NorthShore 170mm Microdrives. JRA it's no problem, but when I really push it the drive side scrapes the lower tube of the swing arm. So far I haven't touched it mechanically. I've worked with plenty of other BB's, but not this one. Is the chain line adjustable? I haven't checked the BB length, but there's plenty of room on the non drive side. Any suggestions?

you can play with the chainline (out) with BB spacers...
SC have already addressed that big blunder they had on their first generation Bulleets by putting a 'dimple' on the elevated chainstay/swingarm... So I'd say it's your chainline

Either your chainline is off, or you have the wrong bottom bracket. I'd take it to a respectable shop if you want to be sure.

Very strange. I got the opposite... crank/swingarm impact on the non-drive side when using a chainguide.

I've tried to help a bit in you're other thread (03 Bullit BB length & guide ?)
