AH man this is pissing me off. I have profiles and really like them but the bolt that holds the spider on keeps coming loose the cranks are made of cromoly... its a really strong metal most of u know and when tightening the bolt u don't get a tightening fell it just spins freely and then stops. I have tryed medium thread locker but it doesn't work well. I have to tighten it every ****ing three hours!! anyone?

Use some locktight.

ive tryed lock tight. and if it comes loose again ill try some tread tape. where can i get some?

hardware store... try some red lock tight too, its way stronger

go deity, 2 months and no tightening of the cranks, the tolerances are soo tight

My profiles have been tight for quite some time now, probly sence about april May and i have even greased the threads. contact profile, its possible you just have a bad bolt.
