So my friend has an 07 Chase 3 which he would like to upgrade/improve his bike. He has $200-300 budget he wants to get a shorter stem like the Deity 31.8, also he wants to get a new seat that is comfortable, but NICE, and new crank arms and an e.13 bash guard.
