You could just make it yourself. Or if your really just doing wood, try wood burning tools.

Try a local machine shop they should be able to make just about anything out of metal even if it is for "wood" (weird S&M stuff)

Alright sounds like we got it lined up, the department on campus we were hoping to have help us had a fire which turned on the foam retardent crap and made a hell of a mess, needless to say professors werent ready to help us out!
