Foes makes custom rotors for their front hubs and I assume there are custom rotors to run the Maverick fork (25mm axle?) so maybe start with those...
Is it possible to machine a stock rotor and relocate the mounting bolts? Or maybe you could just make spider that would accept a Hope outer rotor. You could buy a Hope 185mm 2-piece rotor drill the rivets to remove the spider and then CNC a new spider for your BCD.
Thanks for that contact. I'm talking to hope right now. I though about machining my own but modification or custom made became the most viable solution. I spoke to Galfer who makes Foes rotors but their minimum numbers where waaaaaaay to much for what I need. Even though a rotor looks pretty simple there is alot in terms of analysis and manufacturing processes that goes into making a good rotor. Flatness, hardness and resistance to warpage to name a few. I think hayes even has a patent on their rotors.
