Same here. And I'm working from home today...

Second batch was dropped at the post office today. Everyone who has paid me should have a shipping notification in the inbox of their Paypal email address, with the exception of one person who has a PM from me.
Overall looks pretty sweet. The metal "clamp" on the top scrapes against itself a bit, but overall it's a pretty sweet setup.
I don't recall any scraping... or do you mean it's tight to swing the cap away from the bottle neck? The clamping/cap mechanism is tight but if you look at the insert there's a clear way to swing the cap away without it touching the opening.
Btw, it's *huge*. Here it is compared to a (2L, ~68oz) non-insulated stainless steel growler:
i was gonna say, either that's a huge growler, or dante has tiny hands
Wow I wasn't expecting them to be so big. The more beer, the better.
I don't see anything
Strangely enough, after checking it looks like ALL of my growlers (glass or metal) hold ~67-68oz. I'm guessing that the growler leaves room for the head, but most breweries just fill it to the top anyway?
Yes, these puppies are not small! The website says 64 oz but I haven't actually measured it.
Ahh... yours went 1st class, not priority mail, since you live in Soviet Canuckistan, not sure why it wouldn't have notified you but it was shipped in a different order than the rest. PM incoming with tracking #.

Here, let me give you some rep. Sweet!
Damn this thing is huge.
USPS claims to have delivered to Casa de Pesqueeb.
Delivered. Very nice, & yes, big. I like.
It's here! Thanks, BV!
Got home to a box sitting on the kitchen table from the Visions of Binary.
Oh good. An interview with a brewer who doesn't know that it's easy to purge a growler prior to filling it and instead would rather stick his nose in the air.
Actually, that might be one of the dumbest articles I've read in a while. Most growlers are not clear, there's no reason to assume they're unsanitary (who doesn't wash their growlers?), there's no reason to assume it won't be drank in a timely fashion, and purging the growler with CO2 is not "expensive equipment."
So, basically, in the worst possible case a growler can be bad. Great. I can also open my beer bottle and let it sit capless on the counter overnight before drinking it.
So what did you expect from our DDumbest member short of PHP?
Mine arrived at work at about 2:35 - danke!
Lots of laser etched text on the bottom
The HHippie piece:
Check the inside before you fill, magic bracelet propaganda
On tying the bracelet with a prussik, it'll only fit a fetal midget
Registered to see who my beer saves with a glass of water
yo tengo. grazie.
Received, washed, filled and providing me with some delicious hop knife!
Thanks BV. Everyone at the local beer store loved them too
Hahahaa.....I finally actually googled "beer growler" and it was like the first or second hit. I thought it was funny... and I confess I didn't even read the whole thing.
KAPLOW. Growler delivered, now I gotta fill it.
Woo, mine is slowly getting further away day by day haha
Should be in Cuba by Monday. With any luck, your growler will make it up into the great white north no later than fall of 2016.
....where it will delivered to my house and I will fill it with goolash
The growler has been programmed to self-destruct, should it ever fall into your hands.
....and I bet you passed that cost onto the consumer. Capitalist pig-dog.
Says the commie with universal heath care.
got mine yesterday. very nice!! thanks BV!!!
I think I missed the boat on this one.........how did that happen?
Mmike is to blame.
Seriously, he was telling me the other day how he had some elaborate scheme to prevent you from getting a growler. I don't know the details because who the hell listens to mmike. However, it is clear that he is to blame. It is up to you what should be done, but I suggest something very very painful.
Gotcha covered, GFF. PM incoming.
BV if you ended up with extras, I'd take one off your hands.
