cutting new fork

ive looked but the internet here is so slow.....ive ordered a new sette hardtail frame and a new fork can someone point my to a link or tell me how to cut it to the right lenght.....and what kind of stack do i need.

I've never had any experience with the Sette frames, but on my Scott, I didn't have to do any of that. If it's a brand new frame, I'd venture to say that you wouldn't have to do any reaming.

thats the problem i dont have the tool...im in africa and the navy seebees are going to mount the cups and cut my fork......the might have some thing

i might print out instr for them off parktools website and let them look

Seabees reaming anything on your bike, in the field, in africa is a bad idea. You must be in Jabouty huh?

If anything, get them to fabricate a headset press like this:

yea im in djibouti...its hot...but theres nothing to do....and the nex sucks so im building my oun bike....it might take me a couple months but it something to do.....i can get all thread and washers thanks
