so I have been using the same full finger gloves for over a year now & they have only been washed once...just recently. The only reason they got washed is because everytime we rode I would get comments like "what smells like nasty feet?". It was my gloves.

fast foraward to the now. I kept smelling something.....something stanky...kinda like some nasty stanky feet. It was my f'n hands. my nasty stank gloves have stained my digits.

I have washed my hands repeatedly & they still stink. I think I need some Lava or some Gojo or something.....or perhaps some new gloves.

yep, happens to your knees to if you wear pads alot.
right now, my hands smell like gas from helping a crazy lady. and i've washed them three times.

one thing about sweaty pads/gloves. they start to eat your skin if you don't wash them often. it's weird. and, after awhile, they get so they don't get clean even after you wash them.

i have a friend who's like you, never washes his gloves. i don't know how you people do that. i wash mine after every 2 or-4 uses, and they're pretty gross then. one time after my buddy and i got back to my house after a ride, i threw all our clothes in the washer. when he saw that i had washed his gloves he was like "oh, thanks man. i never think to do that."

he also has this one pair of bike socks (that he bought me for christmas but thats another thread) that i have to steal away from him to put in the wash becasue he wears them all the time. sometimes they are stiff as a board when i finally get them.

Do you not wash your gloves? SOmetimes I take my gloves into the shower with me after a ride and grab a bar of soap and wash my hands reall reall well... with the gloves on... the amount of funk that drips out of gloves when you wash them by hand is absolutely unreal.

New recipe for ya so you dont have to smell your fingers:
1/2 oz of nugs ground up in coffee grinder
1/2lb of REAL butter melted (bring to very low boil)

Dump in shredded nugs and cover for 4 hours on low (really the longer the better.

Strain and refrigerate green butter.

I made some garlic toast with my butter last night
Its just as efficient as smoking it... 1 piece of buttered toast is better than a bowl and lasts way longer.

wow this thread got off track quick, your gloves sound gross TN, maybe you should buy some new ones. Mine are about 6 months old with minimal funk luckily.

i won some new 661 gloves that were real cool at a freeride comp the weekend before i broke my arm. then they cut the right one apart when i broke my arm. i was prepared to endure as much pain as possible to get the glove of without ruining it since it was brand new but they did not like that idea. the moral of the story is, do not ever ride with brand new gloves.

1/2 oz makes a big ass tub of butter... No need to buy another bag when you got a half pound of stanky green nug butter. Ive gone through a whole loaf of bread using that butter, and I still have plenty of it left.

As for the 4 hours question. I assume thats to make sure you get every drop of THC out of the pulp before you strain it. It aint my recipe, I just follow instructions. NOTE: Make sure you burn incense the WHOLE time, my apt smelled like a strange combination of bong & popcorn afterwards.

Back to the gloves... all my gloves are in super bad shape TN. I have 3 pair and only 1 of them still have all the fingers. For some reason I always blow out the tip of the index fingers... usually I just cut them off at the knuckle and call it good. None of my gloves have their own funky mojo though.

Happened to me last year at BB. My poor brand new swidwinders.

Just throw the nasty stank gloves away if they that bad, or wash'em with the rest or your nasty stank mojo stuff.
