ya, i'll blame it on whoever showed me chainlove. i've bought two pairs of shorts in the last two days.
they were 90% off! it's not my fault i can't resist a deal.

Same thing as a credit card except you don't get a 30-day loan on the money.care to explain that one?
they're best for those that can't be trusted with other people's money. i can't even be trusted with my OWN money, so a credit card is just begging for credit score failure.Debit cards are for suckers.
why do I need a 30 day loan on the money? I got plenty of cash sitting in my checking account. I pay for goods right now w/ the debit card.Same thing as a credit card except you don't get a 30-day loan on the money.
The YOU, sir, are the sucker. It's free money.why do I need a 30 day loan on the money? I got plenty of cash sitting in my checking account. I pay for goods right now w/ the debit card.
I think you pegged the 'tard meter. Free how? With a debit card, you pay right now with no interest. With a credit card, you pay within 30 days with no interest. NO DIFFERENCE. You sure didn't get anything for free by waiting 3 weeks to pay for your goods. The YOU, sir, are the sucker. It's free money.
Well, maybe it's just me, but I'd just as soon pay right now and be done with it. But that might be because I'm pulling in $57 an hour. Luckily for me, money is not an issue.Time value of money. You can buy what you want on now, then spend the rest of your money on hookers and blow for a month. As long as you pay off your credit card at the end of the month, say, by selling a kidney, everyone wins.
Can't do that with a debit card.
builds credit i guess...You sure didn't get anything for free by waiting 3 weeks to pay for your goods.
I'm guessing it's not in accounting, finance, engineering, or subtlety.. But that might be because I'm pulling in $57 an hour.
Actually, I'm a subtle financial accounting engineer. But that might have escaped you since you're outwitted by rodents. And I'm a rat if nothing else.I'm guessing it's not in accounting, finance, engineering, or subtlety.
I'm in the 850 club so that's not a consideration.builds credit i guess...
I'd always heard gay for pay was pretty lucrative, guess I heard right.I'm guessing it's not in accounting, finance, engineering, or subtlety.
So... at what time period WOULD you take free money? If the credit card company gave you a 5 year grace period would you take it?I think you pegged the 'tard meter. Free how? Not unless I needed cash on hand or it was a large (>$2K) purchase. I just prefer to pay now and be done with it. No need to think about it any more if it's paid.So... at what time period WOULD you take free money? If the credit card company gave you a 5 year grace period would you take it?
You're either dumber than a rock or you're being disingenuous. Not unless I needed cash on hand or it was a large (>$2K) purchase. I just prefer to pay now and be done with it. No need to think about it any more if it's paid.
With a large purchase, I can put the money in a CD or money market account where it will work for me over the 5 years you quoted. For a $50 tire, it makes no difference if I pay now with a debit card or in 5 years with a credit card. You're fooling yourself if you think you're getting something for free by charging a purchase and paying a few weeks later. Your money earned nothing for you in those 3 weeks, except maybe feeding your delusion that you have $75 in your checking account rather than $25.You're either dumber than a rock or you're being disingenuous.

Well, since you have over 30,000 posts and I have about 115, I'm sure you're right and I'm wrong. But if I'm dumber than a rock, why is my house paid off and you're still charging sh!t on your credit card? I must be doing something right. I mean, besides your sister.Ok.
Dumber than a rock, then.
A fine effort, my good man... but may I refer you to the H8R head gasket thread?Well, since you have over 30,000 posts and I have about 115, I'm sure you're right and I'm wrong. Why? Does your sister need some special head gaskets when I plow her garden? She didn't mention that.A fine effort, my good man... but may I refer you to the H8R head gasket thread?
I wonder if he takes credit?I'd always heard gay for pay was pretty lucrative, guess I heard right.
I think you are just trying to say.....Dude - don't gark your own thread just 'cause Angus is an admitted dolt.
