So i have a 20mm front wheel. Can i machine a sleeve to run a 15x110 fork with it?

I realize this is totally unhelpful but buy a Fox 36 and you can continue to use your 20mm hub.

Not anymore, if you want a 650b one. Strong size wheels (and 29ers, weirdly) still can be had with a 20mm bolt on axle.
