Story about banning cell phone use while driving on yahoo...here are a few other things that have been banned in some states...

Like a lot states, California has passed a law that allows police officers to issue a citiation for anything that they feel distracts one from driving. Whether it is eating, cell phone use, smoking, etc.

When I lived in Okinawa, me and some friends hopped into a cab that had a dvd player in it, the driver was watching a porno.

My town makes me proud.

However, I have ridden a horse drawn wagon through town.

I have also ridden a horse in a bar.

A guy caught stealing cattle was cross tied in a cattle trailer and hauled around for 2 days before he was turned in. The guy that stole my horse got away scott free.
