The Army tried to do that to all things ebay and yahoo. But it only saw www.yahoo.com, not the ip or mail.yahoo.com or anything else useful. Same went for my.ebay.com

If IT does it right, they will block the IP as well. Mine was the Army, so you know it was a basic name check.
64.34.91.18 should work.
