Oh sh!t. I bought a jeep.
Bought an '05 LJ mid summer. Love it so far. Clean, low miles, and solid.

Only other jeep was a '98 GC with the 5.9 L. That was a different story. It laid down on the guy I sold it to after about a month while he was on his way to Florida. He called and asked- "did you guys ever hear a noise from the rear -end?"

Ball joints yesterday. 135k miles. Probably wouldn't have been too bad of a job except for the press I borrowed from the auto parts store was a complete piece of shite. Now that it's all new, I realize just how bad it had gotten. Handles completely different. Have to get it in for an alignment on my weekend.
