If you have photoshop, just open the file and look in the Layers pallet. Each layer will be a different frame.

I don't have photoshop. I probably have something at home that will do it though
Nevermind, I just extracted them anyway since I realized that IrfanView has an extract function.

another way, with paint only.
center your explorer view on the image, and press ESC when the gif is in the frame you want. it will stop.
then you can print screen and chop.

Yeah... Clearly, it was done better on a Mac - even though it was all taken care of on a PC yesterday, and got the same result. You're late to the party and aren't bringing anything better

No extra steps, just clicked to open the document, and clicked on the "extract images" button. Easy.
