I hope they've been testing for 2 years like thay say, because that sounds a tad on the light side for an 8.5" ride.

When did CAD$3000 (US$2345) become "inexpensive"?Funky Monk said:Definately looking sexy.
Light, burly, and inexpensive finally seem to fit in the same sentence!
Damn, you are frame geometry obsessed aren't you? Is there treatment for that?MikeD said:Yeah, what are the final geo #s? This looks like a very cool bike...
syadasti said:Hmm, WB seems normal, BB slightly high, 17.5" effective stays (wonder if that is with or w/o sag since they look like they grow). Wish they used the standard DH shock size instead (9.5x3.0").
Ha! Well, this frame sure isn't. Too long in the back and too high in the middle for my tastes and riding environment.Bulldog said:Damn, you are frame geometry obsessed aren't you? Is there treatment for that?
9.5x3.0" is the new DH shock size standard - at least that is what I was told and saw as a trend at Interbike last year and since then...buildyourown said:While I agree that the lower the leverage ration, the better. 8.75 x 2.75 is pretty easy to come by.

One post that actually talks about the bike  There's no completion to your stupid posts. Every fuking thread today seems to have some of you bullshyt in it. What did they make fun of you at pinkbike, or was mtbr not understanding to your idiotic banter.Currently Bored said:There is no COMPLETION to your whining you silly little man! One suspects you lack a grasp of humour, sarcasm, wit and irony..... One also feels you should pull your head from out of your arse!

I liked this bike since I first saw it. I just couldn't take the idiots random posts anymore.Brad23 said:What's up with all the aggression in here lately???
One of my favorite threads is now soooo derailed. :mumble:
I was happy when i spotted the new swingarm. Made me want one again :mumble:Spitfired said:Dang!
I like that thing a lot.
Very much like somthing I was working on a couple years ago. Of course, they made it and made it better. I love that "scissors linkage", as I like to call it.
The new swingarm is delicious aswell.
Well done, Dark!
As I said, I believe each one is one off, customer specs...but the stays on the truss rear triangle might be hard to take in, but I would talk to the ower/welder dude if I were you....Lexx D said:Beyond the jaka$$.
It's a sweet frame, I was about to order one but the stays are a bit longer than what i'm looking for. It shares a lot with my balfa. I'm not really racing so I'm not sure i need all that stability.
Woah... you aren't going to last long here. Stop posting stupid sh**t.Currently Bored said:lexx D who asked you?? Nobody!- so stop whining you great soft ponse! I've never been on mtbr or pinkbike forums... Go get a soh and pull your head out your arse you boring little ****!
Your the jackass, crying over a bit of humour.... You ought to get out more, you delusional, whining ****ing fairy......
My balfa has some long stays and i love the bike, it's super stable. It's just that for freeriding I'd like something a bit more manual friendly. I'll have to give the guy a shout again and see what's up.Brad23 said:As I said, I believe each one is one off, customer specs...but the stays on the truss rear triangle might be hard to take in, but I would talk to the ower/welder dude if I were you....
Thank you for proving my point.Currently Bored said:Anyway back to the topic.....
