But I think in the case of these 2 dead ends maybe we should speed things up and sterilize them (and ban from adoption) to stop them inflicting their stupidity on any more children.

i'll choose to believe the kid simply opted out of having stupid parents, operating upon the premise he's too young to be an emancipated minor. living in philly certainly didn't sweeten the deal to "stick it out"
