Back in the 80s I used to frequent the El Chapultepec lounge in Denver were the house band took suggestions written on napkins an placed in a fishbowl. One constant suggestion was Take 5 which seemed to irritate the singer who always said "we don't do schoolboy jazz". It took me years to figure that out.
