Watching the women's Aust Vs Brazil friendly game on TV, it doesn't look all that friendly.

Did ride today, but it was a very lazy 20km.

I thought it seemed odd that my brother sent me a happy Thanksgiving email.
All that was in it was a link to this fun Lil ditty.

I used to use his computer to use Morpheus to find new music in 2001, this was one of the bands I found.
But I'd buy the CD's of anything I liked, wasn't in to piracy.

Women's football game went forever, should have been asleep over an hour ago, should be basic work tomorrow.

That is my heritage which is why I do not celebrate this day

Morning Monkeys.

Had a solid floater this morning so I finally got my stool sample done, yay. Waiting until 11 before the drive south to the in laws. Hopefully my BIL is there, otherwise I will be in the garage (their shed).

I might still get a breast to smoke or something. But with the wife's funky diet, I feel like an ass eating whatever. Sucks being the supportive spouse.

Working, because Thanksgiving was in October man!

Looks like I am headed to Mexico for work for a week in December. Have never flown for work, so this will be new. Probably only need a carryon bag? Which I don't have, any suggestions?

It's officially the holidays. I remember when I first moved to Portland in '93 and I was heading towards the tunnel to Intel when I saw this shinning in the West Hills overlooking downtown. It's become an unofficial landmark.

Hi all

Haven’t fully left the cozy confines of bed yet. Got requisite snuggles from snuggly middle kid with bonus appearance for simultaneous snuggles from Gandalf the Grey, who is the best fuzzy kitty boi yes he is

@Jozz I took your suggestion and asked the doc to check testosterone levels with my annual bloodwork. Results came back in the low range. So far it’s just the numbers, so I’m waiting on the doc’s commentary.

Up at 1 am to get the brisket on, then woke up at intervals throughout the night to babysit it. Consequently, I am currently dragging and hopeful that 3 cups of coffee will bring me back to life.

Glad you did. So much annoyance can be attributed to low level. Keep me posted. Meeting my doc the 10th.

It certainly explains certain things I’ve noticed this year. I’ll see what the doc suggests once everything is back from testing. I’m expecting statins. I’m not keen to change too much by adding multiple medications at once.

Also ready to eat lots of whatever is within arms reach.

My doc said it was tough to test for because levels change throughout the day. He could just be lazy, I get it
You are correct. But I wasn't aware it was by that much. Glad my blood sample was taken at 7:00am. @mandown

Yes, testosterone levels vary throughout the day, with the highest levels in the morning and the lowest levels in the evening:

Men

Testosterone levels in men are usually highest between 7 and 10 AM after a night's rest. Levels then decrease during the day, reaching their lowest point around 8 PM. Testosterone levels in men under 40 can fluctuate significantly, with variations of up to 35% between the morning and mid- to late afternoon. This variation decreases with age, dropping to around 10% in men in their 70s
