hey every time i get decline in the mail it is always ripped. and this month all i got was the cover. i went and talked to the mail man right after i got it and he didnt have the rest of it either. does anyone else have this problem? do any of you happen to have an email address that i can contact them at?

well i just sent them an email and got a response within a couple hours. they offered to replace that one and starting next month decline will be bound not stapled.

My issue this month was a bit torn, and the staples tore out after I read it a few times. I'm glad they'll be binding them.

I almost subscribed today-but decided NOT to cause of this reason. Our post office makes LOTS of mistakes & we always get other mail..
I'll just go to the Books a million & pay double
