Back in June, I ordered an 11-34 M750 Cassette from SuperGo. I just got a postcard saying they can't get any, called, and was told Shimano's not making any more.

Anyone know if this is in fact true?

They have M760's in a 11-34.

That's funny. I just bought a m750 last week, though not from supergo.

Yes the new XT fits the old 8 and 9 speed hubs just like always. I don't know what's different on the new cassette though. One more cog on the spider? Plus there's all the SRAM cassettes and other levels of Shimano cassettes. They all work well some are lighter than others.
