Anyone know if I will be able to run an E-type on the D7? If you look at the D7 frame it has cable guides running the length of the downtube which would lead me to belive that I could put a front derailluer on. Unfortunately with the lack of a seattube/stud post this may prove to be difficult.

I don't know for sure, but it looks like you'd run into spacing problems with the Etype and double rings. It just seems pretty tight on the frame pictures. It looks like the der wouldn't be able to swing much with how bulky the ISCG tabs and chainstays are. But maybe someone's tried it, I wouldn't waste my money until I saw one that works.

Answer my own question here...

I got word, directly from the guy that designed the frame, the 2007 Demo 7 and Demo 8 willl run E-type front derailluers. The Demo 8 doesnt have cable guides so you would have to rig something with it unfortunately. The Demo 7 does have guides and is set up to accomdate a bottom pull etype.
