This is old news. Last year the democrats fled to Oklahoma for this very thing and got ordered back by the governor. Its just politics. You know the democrats would do the same thing if they'd just thought of it.

You are probably right, the point is that democracy suffers. Is it more important to you that the US gets a representative government or that the US gets your preferred government?

I dont feel that the "voting" populace gives us a representative number anyway because if it did, being Texas and all, I doubt you'd see a democrat within 20 miles of the capital.
