KESSLER PROBLEM. Just cause

Warsaw :/
Started my ADD meds on Saturday. I don't know if the lightheadedness is because of other meds that caused it a month ago or this though being diagnosed feels good. Especially since it's not "my kid is misbehaving" add diagnosis and more "i can't focus for shit" one.

Also going to the sea for the first time in 3 years this weekend to visit a friend from LA who decided to pop in to Poland.

On the annoying side. Almost no bikeshops in Warsaw service bikeparts older than 5 years. The ones that do are specialist suspension shops and it feels stupid to shell out extra for a Marzo DJ1 2007. I do it for my expensive stuff but the only reason I'm not servicing the Marzo myself is lack of space. Seriously why those bike shops even have service if all they do is repair shit that's rarely broken in the first place.

Up early to knock out some work and see the girlfriend off to her day of work as well. Gonna try for a Lunch Ride™, might work on the race car tonight. Life is getting back to normal.

Holy shit, I just got to work. Let over an hour ago. That traffic was ridiculous. The worst part is that it was caused by road construction; the in the fuck decides to switch traffic lights on a major artery road during rush hour??? Duuuuuuuude.

calm blue ocean. calm blue ocean.

Ride night with the guys. Should be hero dirt with last nights rain.

Also attending a bachelor party this weekend for one of my best friends. We are staying in the village/base of the only decent DH trails around here. Seeing as how the get together is from Friday-Sunday, I've decided to sneak out Saturday morning and do a few hours of riding. No big deal, nothing is planned early in the morning, but one guy is already texting me questioning my decision to go riding and dedication to the party. Lol screw off, I'll be out riding while y'all are busy sleeping.

On side note, the bachelor purchased a carbon YT Jeffsy this past winter and has ridden it all of two times. And other guys attending the party also ride. Don't know why we don't just all go riding...I guess that's too complicated. :D

gf and I fostering to adopt a GSD from the same rescue that I got my current dog from.

Going to have to work on having 2 alpha dogs together, and there is some mild food aggression, and some house training, but other than that, the dog is quite sweet

Hello all. Today is a non-working day for me.

Planned is kid dropoff, returning too small kid Bogs at REI, Japanese bakery run, getting the body shop to see if panel alignment on their repair truly passes muster, and reading some studies using an AI app for a research study.

Mornin!

Sick. Boo. No rest for the me however, as things must be moved, and I am the only one capable of moving things, so i must shuffle my aching, feverish body around.

Lots of thoughts going through my head this morning. On the lighter side it's my wife's birthday. We went out and celebrated last night. On the somber side. Looking at my old gear and remembering those that have all. Never forget my fallen NYFD brothers

He must be a wizard, or a dentist.
I'm neither, or at least neither that I am aware of. I mean, it was on sale!

sb150?

@Full Trucker y u no coil boinger?
Yeah, SB150. A little bit 'more' bike that I was thinking I'd go with this year, but since it was on sale I pulled the trigger. Initial impressions are real good... climbs great and will be a monster descender once I get all the things dialed in. No coil boinger because... uuhhhh... dunno? This bike doesn't come with one? Both boingy things have an additional knobular unit than I am accustomed to, so I figure I have 35% more opportunity to make the bike ride like hot garbage, which is exciting.

Or has "friends" in high/low places...
I mean... I do know you. So this checks out.

Peaches and cream for breakfast. May go on a 2nd-Breakfast Ride this morning before it gets warm...

I did consider that one for a hot minute...

When are they gonna come out with an SB350?!?

never? because even bender's karpiel apocalypse didn't have that much travel?
Can we validate this? Because I mean... 350mm is "only" like ~14" and I think that Karpiel was pushing that, wasn't it? Maybe it was 13" travel? Maybe @Brian HCM#1 knows...

Flu + bronchitis ... FML.
Glad I didn't stop by while driving past yesterday.

Today is my admin day, because I'm doing meetings Friday. My flagged list in Outlook has a 2x length scroll bar, which is bad...
