One last "official" club work party before the weather turns. The thought was to wind down trail construction this month but we're following what the weather does as well, so we might continue to get more trail done before this super wet season dries up at least a little bit?
ANYWAYS thanks to all who've signed up or just showed up to dig. We've got well over 1000 volunteer hours into the trail, Darth Wad and the Drinky Crows make up most of it, but a very respectable 300 hours from walkups, pals, and Evergreen sign ups. All hours have been memorable and appreciated by me and Wad, and we're continuing to bust our ass to create the best trail we can.
Special shout out to Paul and Steve, and Ruhnke Construction helping us to make it happen!
As a celebration of sorts of being around halfway done now, i would like to extend sign ups to stick around for a while after the work party winds down and stay for bbq and beverages. And all you Duthie regulars out there, if you happen to be at the park that day, please stop by around 2 and come grab a bite and shoot the $hit.
