you know what ad i hate? that diamond ad where a guy meets a woman in a big plaza with lots of birds around, and he yells "I LOVE THIS WOMAN!" and she says nothing. then he gives her a bigass diamond ring and she whispers "i love this man". i always think of this ad when i see or hear the word diamond and it's motivation for me to never, ever, buy a girl a diamond.

It's a James Bond movie. Sean Connery. The plot doesn't make any sense to me either.

someone is bent on world destruction and needs diamonds to finance it. same as any other bond movie. not that anythings wrong with that.
Harsh words. I didn't like it much either. Goldfinger is the all time classic.
