in over 2 1/2 months today. It twas only a road ride, but it was a start -- 26 miles in 1:40 (according to map my run). Not too shabby considering there was a 15 mph headwind.

first rides back are always greart. good luck with your rehab!
Road bike was perfect since I could ride on the hoods and kind of dangle the pinky out of the way. I think the mountain bike might be a little more painful. Every once in a while I would hit a bump that jarred it, but for the most part it was really good. Even did a mile or so of washboard dirt road to test it out.brungeman said:

Doc says I'm clear to do whatever I want. The only problem is I don't have enough range of motion in my pinky knuckle to grip the bars with it. I do have a therapy appt today and probably a couple next week to work on it, though. We shall see.
