how is the cannon A80?

i don't really care about having 10000 adj. i just want a good reliable camra that will take good pics.

p.s. i will be taking it on rides (durability?)

The A80 is a great camera. I've had it for a few months and haven't had a problem. It fits perfectly in an otterbox 8000 along with a spare set of batteries. I've crashed on it a few times and everything still works

Just bought one for my sister and her husband as a present
I have an older model (not A80, another canon) and have been very pleased. I find Canon camera's the easiest to operate, and the compact flash cards are awesome (256mb for $69.99 CDN). As for durability, any camera is going to break if you crash hard, so I say invest in an Otter Box.

The A80 is a really nice camera. SarahMaria (on the VA board) brought one to Whistler and it performed on par with my G3 for most of the shooting we were doing.
