Disc brake mounts only care about your hub, the diameter of the wheel doesn't matter. As long as the hub has the six disc mounting holes you'll be right.

As for frames, check for the two calliper mounting points on a fork or on the left chainstay.

I think hes asking that cause he got confused about v brakes and 24" wheels. but no the same does not aplly for discs.
