I guess Disco is riding the Vuelta with Black armbands in dedication to Steve Irwin (who was a big part of Discovery). They just won the stage with a long breakaway.

I enjoyed watching the first week when I was over in Chamonix - Eurosport aired coverage. I miss it now.
I'm enjoying following it now that its starting to become... La Vuelta - Vino's Revenge, not much is going to happen until the next MTN stage though. I'm hoping Vino can pull back some time with a brass balls run up the next killer mtn stage and then it will be an ITT slugfest between him and Valverde.
I know hes a bit behind Valverde but I'm pulling for him.
It was also nice to get a little preview into Disco's new Slovanian guy... "the toothpick kid" on the first mtn stages.
