Ok kiddies I'm about to build my first set of "bigger" doubles. We currently have a smaller flowy set that are about 3ft high and 6ft lip to lip but I'm wondering whats a good height/gap ratio. I'm probably going to up around 4 1/2. Also what is a good space in between each takeoff/tranny, thanks!

Angle of the dangle is more important than the height of the flight.

There are 3 foot takeoffs that send you 30 feet in distance and there are 8 foot takeoffs with landings 4 feet behind them. Just make sure your takeoff angles are appropriate for the speed and distance you want to travel.
