Hi!

I'm going to San Francisco in september:-))) and I want to get a decent DJ hardtail for under a 1000$.
Whats the best one i can get?

Also, can anyone reccomend a good bike shop?

I agrre with you the Stuff looks burly and i like Kona alot....

I Ride a stinky now with a Super T trailpimp wheels + I really like kona's...

Anyone know of any good LBS near 21. st ?

C'mon!

does anyone know where I can find a Decent Kona Dealer in SF????

Please! I really need some help and input on this....

EDIT: I found to dealers on Kona's site.
Vision Cyclery and Freewheel Bike shop.

I'm pretty sure that they are. if they arn't then specialized just turned into special ed, cuz that would be a stupid move. they sold really good. (it tookme about 3 or 4 months to get mine from a dealer.)

one thing i noticed about the p1's are the steep head angles....steep compared to the azonic evo's and planet x jf's. it's not that bad but it feels weird pulling wheelie/manuals with a 5" fork.

i live in san francisco... and i can give a few kona dealers, but the only one i know of that would have jumping bikes would be Vision Cyclery on stanyan street
