DK Iron cross any good?

I have the DKs on my urban rig, but I'm going to get rid of them this year, they're just a little too bulky for my taste. But, they do hold up through some abuse.

Slacking at work
I use them on my BMX bike. I can't see how you would possibly break the pedal body, it's burly as hell. But they are very heavy. I have only used them on some dirt jumping and at skateparks so I have no idea how they would work wet. Overall I like them for jumping and skatepark, but they are probably overkill.
