DMR's "Backline: rims??

the word seems to be no word at all.
nothing on the dmr website either.

from the second pic the joint doesn't look welded.
what size are you looking at? what kind of brake would you run?
for a rim like that i'd get a sun mtx for 24" or a mavic 721 for 26".

mtx is disc only (and overly wide IMO), and mavics offerings are 26" only.
That DMR rim looks like it has a brake strip and will probably be made available in 24".
edit: just looked at the chainreaction link... Those rims look WAY too big for street/dj IMO. more of a direct competition for PIMP I guess, for DH/FR I would assume
i like the looks of them actually. DMR is awesome and makes awesome stuff so i think you would be safe trying them.
