I have a smartxx chip in mine

No mods on mine. But I have seen ones with hard drives in them and kind of a file browser so you can see what games you have in there.

i added a 250gb drive to mine. You need to be careful, you can only use lockable drives

U can run linux on your xbox, from there u can make it do anything u want.
