I saw these on the web and wanted to find out more. They seem like a long and baggy short with a chamois, exactly what I am looking for. They aren't on the Oakley website that I can find (which means they probably are somewhere) but would be interested in opinions if anyone else has these shorts. Or if anyone can recommend a good long baggy short with a chamois that would be great too.

Also, it says it has a nylon/lycra inner short, does this mean its like a skintight short just with a baggy outer shell?

I've got a pair. I like them a lot. I've only ever had two pairs of baggies, and the other pair is Race Face. I like them both equally. I like the pockets on my Race Face pair, but the Oakley's get the job done too.
The liner is not quite as tight as a regular pair of lycra shorts. Basically, it's a tighter inner short (not skintight) that has a chamois, and then there's tight elastic about 4" above the bottom of the outer shorts. They get a bit warm, but I find that's the same with all baggies. I guess the answer to your question is "yes".

my gf has them. they are pretty cool, but more expensive than the foxes which are the same thing

Hmm, I don't like the sound of that too much. Is it basically like a swimming short liner or is it tigher? Can you get a short with a chamois that doesn't have this tight liner? It just doesn't sound to appealing to me.
